The main speaker for the event is Mr. J.C. Kalra. Mr. Kalra possesses years of experience in carrying out projects and in Critical Chain methods in Project Management. He has worked as Director Projects in RITES Ltd. Subsequently he went to Tanzania as a World Bank Consultant. He has successfully set up and commissioned a new facility for manufacture of Railway wheels and axles at Bangalore. He is an expert in Lean Manufacture, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma and Critical Chain Project Management.
